I spent half of my life bound to lust.

Now, I live free. Not perfect, but free. And vigilant.

I wrote this book because I know I’m not alone. I know there are men—billions of them—just like I was. Tired. Bound. Isolated. Confused. Men who love God but feel like they’re losing a battle they’re ashamed to talk about.
